All information reflects historical market activity and is provided for general informational purposes.

What I Review Each Month
 

Each month, I review the following metrics at the Lincoln and ZIP-code level:

  • Number of homes listed
  • Number of homes sold
  • Average sales price
  • Average days on market
  • Sale-to-list price ratios

Looking at the same metrics consistently helps identify shifts in demand, pricing pressure, and inventory availability across different areas and price ranges.
